Doin' Fine

The title pretty much sums up everything. The drama has subsided for a little while, but I'm not buying into the false hope that it won't be back. At this point I say bring it on!!! My pet peeve for the day is people who don't leave voicemails when its important. Like if you have nothing to say thats fine and all but when its about plans or something important..leave a message!!!! Why do you think they invented voicemail!!??!! Honestly why can't people use their heads..to quote Tom Hanks in one of the greatest movies ever.."thats that lump thats three feet above your ass!!!!"
Anywayz other than that the weekend was fabulous!!!! Friday I almost died on the way to Nick's house..but I didn't so thats good. I'm all for a good thunderstorm but that rain on friday was scary!!! I was freakin out!!!! Saturday night was fun...but I got raped at poker...it was sad. I thought I played fairly well..but yet..raped =( It was only a ten buck buy in so its okay. I'm gonna watch more tv poker and try to get great before our next game hehe!!!!
Today was a fairly quiet day...but for some reason I was soo tired all day so it was good. I think I was fighting off a cold all week so that might be why. But now I'm feeling good...my immune system has been rocking recently!!!! I went shopping with the Mag. We went to home depot to pick out paint for my new room. Its between this pretty light green color or this bright coral color..I can't decide!!!! I'm gonna show everyone the samples and get opinions. Tomorrow I'm gonna start cleaning the whole room and preping the walls for paint. I'm hoping to be painted and ready to rock by next weekend..hopefully!!!! Maybe I will try and find some people to help me and make the work go faster!!!
I started my 4th book of the summer today!!! I finally finished the Davinci Code..two days after seeing the movie lol!!!! The endings to both were quite different and I dunno which one I prefered. I think the movie actually...but the rest of the book was much better...which is typical!!!! The book I'm reading now is called August Frost. I bought it cause it was hardcover and on sale for $4 and im po!!! Its about a british guy and it seems a little odd, but ya never know. I'm hopeful that it will be delightful!!!!

P.S. I watched The Family Stone with SJP tonight with the Mag and it sucked!!!! I love SJP ever since becomong addicted to Sex and the City..but the movie blew. Mag and I thought it was gonna be like this funny comedy thing and it had such good people in it..Luke Wilson, Rachel McAdams and Diane Keaton...but it really sucked. It was like depressing and weird and not very funny...def not worth the rent..boo!!!!
